We do not collect sensitive data unless there is a clear reason for doing so. For example, for addressing our customer correspondence correctly (Mr, Mrs, Dr, etc.)

• To manage our employees and volunteers;
• To maintain our own accounts and records (including the processing of gift aid applications);
• To inform you of news, events, activities, and services running at SW Powder Coating LTD.

We do share information with other organisations who provide a service to us, for example, paint or metalwork finishers.
We do share data where we are under a legal obligation to do so (for example Gift Aid audits by HMRC)
Within SW Powder Coating LTD, your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other staff members of SW Powder Coating LTD is required to enable them to carry out a service on your behalf.
7. How do we store your Personal Data and keep it safe?

10. Further processing
If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Data Protection Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
